Payment Policy

This Payment Policy applies to purchases made through https://abanoubeshakshafik.com, operated by ABANOUBESHAKSHAFIK LLC.

Accepted Payment Method

We currently accept payment through PayPal only.

Customers must select PayPal during checkout and follow the instructions displayed by PayPal to authorize and complete the payment.

We do not currently accept:

  • Cash on delivery;
  • Checks or money orders;
  • Bank transfers; or
  • Payment submitted directly by email or telephone.

PayPal may independently offer eligible customers additional ways to fund a PayPal transaction, such as a PayPal balance, linked bank account, or guest payment option. Availability is determined by PayPal and may vary by customer.

Any such option is still processed by PayPal and does not mean that ABANOUBESHAKSHAFIK LLC directly processes or stores payment-card information.

Currency

All product prices, shipping charges, taxes, payments, and refunds are processed in United States dollars (USD).

If a customer uses a PayPal account or funding source denominated in another currency, PayPal or the customer’s financial institution may apply currency-conversion rates or additional fees. We do not control those rates or fees.

Order Total

Before submitting an order, checkout will display the applicable total, which may include:

  • Product price;
  • Shipping charge; and
  • Applicable sales tax where required.

Customers should review the complete order and payment total before authorizing payment through PayPal.

Payment Authorization

An order will not enter processing until PayPal confirms that payment has been successfully authorized.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance if:

  • Payment is declined;
  • PayPal cannot complete authorization;
  • The transaction is flagged for security review;
  • The customer closes the PayPal window before payment is completed; or
  • We cannot fulfill the order for another legitimate reason.

If PayPal displays a transaction as pending, the order may remain on hold until we receive confirmation that payment has been completed.

Failed or Declined Payments

If payment cannot be completed:

  1. Confirm that the PayPal account and funding information are accurate;
  2. Review any message displayed by PayPal;
  3. Try the payment again where appropriate; or
  4. Contact PayPal directly if the problem concerns the PayPal account or funding source.

We cannot override a payment decision made by PayPal.

Do not send passwords, complete payment details, or PayPal login credentials to our customer-service email.

Duplicate or Unrecognized Transactions

If you believe that a payment was submitted more than once, contact us at support@abanoubeshakshafik.com and include:

  • Your order number;
  • The PayPal transaction reference where available; and
  • A brief description of the issue.

Do not include your PayPal password or complete financial-account information.

If you do not recognize a PayPal transaction, contact PayPal promptly and notify us so that we can review the corresponding order information.

Payment Security

PayPal processes payment information through its own systems.

ABANOUBESHAKSHAFIK LLC does not directly collect or store:

  • Complete PayPal login credentials;
  • Complete credit- or debit-card numbers;
  • Card security codes; or
  • Online-banking passwords.

We may receive limited transaction information such as payment status, transaction identifiers, payment confirmation, dispute status, and refund status where necessary to process and support an order.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original PayPal transaction.

The eligibility, conditions, inspection process, and timing for returns and refunds are explained in our Return and Refund Policy.

After we issue an approved refund, PayPal or the customer’s financial institution may require additional time to post the funds.
