These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://abanoubeshakshafik.com and your purchase of products from our online store.

The Website and store are operated by ABANOUBESHAKSHAFIK LLC under the store name ABANOUBESHAKSHAFIK (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing the Website or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or place an order.

1. Eligibility and Customer Information

2. Products and Product Information

We sell fabric drawer organizers, divided storage boxes, closet organizers, foldable clothing-storage products, and related household organization products.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, dimensions, materials, colors, configurations, photographs, and prices accurately.

However:

Colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and screen settings;
Dimensions of flexible fabric products may vary slightly depending on how they are unfolded, shaped, filled, and measured;
Fabric texture, stitching, and finish may have minor variations;
Products may be folded or compressed for packaging and may have temporary creases when first unpacked; and
Decorative items or contents shown inside an organizer are not included unless specifically stated in the product description.

Customers should review the product description and measure the intended drawer, closet, shelf, or storage space before ordering.

3. Product Use and Care

Our products are intended for ordinary household organization and storage.

Customers must use products according to their descriptions and any provided instructions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, our fabric organizers and storage boxes:

Are not designed to support a person’s body weight;
Must not be used as seating, a step stool, or structural furniture;
Should not be overloaded beyond their reasonable storage capacity;
Should be kept away from open flames, excessive heat, and prolonged moisture;
Should not be treated as waterproof or airtight; and
Should be cleaned only using methods appropriate for the stated material.

Damage caused by misuse, overloading, improper cleaning, modification, improper storage, or use for a purpose not described on the product page is not considered a product defect.

4. Product Availability

Products are offered subject to availability.

Placing a product in the shopping cart does not reserve it. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct availability information when reasonably necessary.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is submitted, we may cancel the affected item and issue a refund to the original payment method.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

An automated order-receipt email confirms that we received the order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

An order is accepted after payment has been successfully authorized and we confirm that the order can be fulfilled.

We may decline, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

All prices are displayed in United States dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Applicable shipping charges and taxes will be displayed during checkout before the order is submitted.

We currently accept payments through PayPal. PayPal processes payment information according to its own terms and privacy practices.

We do not directly store complete PayPal login credentials or complete payment-card information.

7. Pricing and Website Errors

We may correct typographical errors, inaccurate product information, pricing errors, availability errors, or other Website mistakes.

If an error materially affects an order, we may contact the customer to request confirmation or cancel the affected item and issue a refund.

We will not substitute a materially different product without the customer’s agreement.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We currently accept orders for delivery within our supported shipping area in the contiguous United States.

Processing time, shipping charges, estimated delivery periods, tracking, address problems, carrier delays, and shipping claims are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates.

9. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Return eligibility depends on factors including the return-request date, product condition, signs of use, cleanliness, original components, and return authorization.

The Return and Refund Policy controls all return-shipping, inspection, damaged-product, exchange, and refund procedures.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Shopify, PayPal, and Third-Party Services

Our online store is hosted using Shopify’s ecommerce platform.

Shopify provides Website and checkout infrastructure but is not the seller of the products offered through ABANOUBESHAKSHAFIK. Purchases are transactions between the customer and ABANOUBESHAKSHAFIK LLC.

PayPal provides payment-processing services and is not responsible for product fulfillment, shipping, or returns.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for services or websites that we do not control.

15. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Information may be processed by Shopify, PayPal, shipping providers, and other service providers where necessary to operate the Website, process orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and comply with law.

16. Website Availability and Disclaimer

We are not responsible for damage caused by using a product contrary to its description, intended purpose, care instructions, or reasonable capacity.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, or another liability that cannot legally be excluded.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold ABANOUBESHAKSHAFIK LLC harmless from third-party claims or reasonable expenses resulting from:
